Giveaway Terms

The Calla Blanche Fall 2023 Wedding Dress Giveaway is sponsored by JTAA Fashion Design and administered by Calla Blanche, L’Amour, La Perle and Angela & Alison. Contest begins on July 27th, at 12pm EST and ends August 7th, 11:59 PM EST.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. To be entered to win, entrants agree to follow @callablanchedress, @lamourbycallablanche, @laperlebycallablanche and @angelaandalison on Instagram, like and comment on the giveaway Instagram posts of each account telling us about their wedding and fill out the above form with valid information only. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.

Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada and United Kingdom who have reached the age of majority in their respective state, province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.

Four winner(s) will be chosen at random. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be sent an email at the address provided on the above form and will have forty-eight hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. The winning entries will be verified and posted on the @callablanchedress Instagram account when all winners have been confirmed.

By submitting this form, the winning entrant acknowledges they have not previously purchased a gown from any JTAA Fashion Design retailer. By submitting this form, the entrant also agrees that they understand a try on of the gown won is not part of the giveaway and agrees that they will not contact, make an appointment at, or visit any Calla Blanche, L’Amour by Calla Blanche, and La Perle by Calla Blanche retailers. As our gowns are handmade, gowns can take months to reach completion; as such, brides understand that their gown might arrive as much as five months after placing the order. JTAA Fashion Design will not accept returns on any gown won through the Fall 2023 giveaway.

Facebook and Instagram are in no way associated with this giveaway. A reply to the winning email is required within 48 hours before a new winner is chosen. The winner’s entries will be verified.

Residents of Canada will be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim their prize.

Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial.
