Bride Story Featuring Lindsey Warren

Lindsey met her husband in high school. They’ve been together for what will be 11 years this May.

He popped the question Thanksgiving week of 2017 in the beauty salon where Lindsey worked at. He had come in to get his hair cut by her and brought Lindsay sucre macarons, her favorite cookies from New Orleans. She found the words “will you marry me?” written on the inside of the box along with a beautiful ring. The lunch plans they had with his mom turned into a full-on celebration with both of their families! The newly engaged couple headed to the city for dinner together and stayed the night. It was the best day of Lindsay’s life! (Aside from the wedding, of course.).

Their wedding took place in Houma, Louisiana on February 9, 2019. Lindsey’s favorite memory from the wedding is definitely her husband. He was much more excited than she expected. She thought he would try to act cool in front of all their friends and family but he was just so obsessed with her all day long. It was amazing! She says she can’t even describe it but she could just feel the love.

Lindsey found her perfect dress at Town and Country Bridal on St. Charles street in New Orleans. It was the third dress she tried on and they all knew it was the one! She knew for a fact that she wanted long sleeves and a low back, so the moment she saw it on herself, she felt like it was made for her. Her Nadine by Calla Blanche style # 16109 truly was exactly what she pictured in every way!
